FREE DACA RENEWAL & USCIS FEE $495 ASSISTANCE

FOR ELIGIBLE DACA RECIPIENTS

On November 12, 2019, The Supreme Court will take on the DACA case, although a final decision is not expected to come until summer 2020. In the meantime, USCIS must still accept and process applications for DACA renewals.  It is important that DACA recipients renew their work permit. Applicants can renew within 151 to 365 days of their expiration date, so they may secure two years of protection.
